The import of technological equipment, analogues of which are not produced in Russia, is not subject to VAT (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 14, 2023 No. 1711). The list of such goods additionally includes:
- Redevo 8/8K/360 gas-heated dryer and spreader;
- Ultrafiltration membrane cloth production plant FC 5765.
The Resolution entered into force on October 16, 2023.
