The existing policy for the rearing of horses that are not intended for use in agriculture, such as racehorses and hobby horses, will not be codified next year anyway. The same applies to the policy for the application of the 9% rate for the cultivation of vegetables and plants. This is stated in the second Memorandum of Amendment to the Tax Collection Act 2024.
