The two-year arrangement with creditors is relevant for income tax and IRAP purposes but not for VAT purposes. The new rules, in force from 2024, will apply to smaller taxpayers and more specifically to those for whom ISAs apply.
Proposals will be made by the Revenue Agency and must be accepted within a specific timeframe.
