- The tax authority has modified the Miscellaneous Tax Resolution for 2023, specifically Rule 2.7.1.7, to allow for separate printed representations of the CFDI and Carta Porte supplements.
- Additionally, new rules have been added for CFDIs with Carta Porte supplements to prove legal possession of foreign goods during transfer in national territory.
- These modifications only apply to Version 3.0 of the Carta Porte supplement.
- The mandatory use of Carta Porte Version 3.0 begins on November 25, 2023, but taxpayers can continue using Version 2.0 until December 31, 2023.
