The Hungarian Ministry of Finance has launched a public consultation seeking input on a comprehensive draft bill aimed at modifying various tax laws. The bill encompasses a range of measures, including altering definitions within the individual income tax law, amending corporate tax and dividend tax regulations for non-residents and permanent establishments, permitting the carry forward of losses in the event of a merger or separation, and adjusting VAT exemptions and input VAT deductions.
