The Court of Appeal in ‘s-Hertogenbosch denied X’s appeal for a refund of sales tax on other construction costs related to the building of their house with integrated solar panels. X could not prove that these costs were exclusively caused by their taxable activity, and they also did not show that the costs were included in the price as general costs.
