Malta has published Legal Notice No. 231 of 2023 in the Official Gazette, which contains the Value Added Tax Act (Amendment of Eighth Schedule) Regulations 2023. The Eighth Schedule lists certain supplies subject to VAT rates other than the standard 18% rates.
