On Thursday, October 23 this year. The Supreme Administrative Court, composed of seven judges, will consider a legal issue presented by three judges. The question is: “Can a taxpayer be removed from the register of active taxpayers of goods and services tax without notice by performing a material and technical act or does it require the form of a tax decision?”
