The amendment to the Finance Bill for 2024 has been tabled and here is the officially proposed timetable regarding the e-invoicing obligation:
- 1 September 2026: obligation to issue for large companies and mid-caps + obligation to receive for all.
- 1 September 2027: Obligation to issue for SMEs and micro-enterprises.
