Watch-out if you’re filing Intrastat in Belgium!!!!
- From January 31, 2024, logging in to the FPS Finance e-services with commercial certificates from Isabel and Globalsign will no longer be possible.
- Alternatives include using a Belgian eID or electronic card for foreigners, or activating itsme® with a Belgian eID.
- Registration options include eIDAS, national electronic identification means recognized at the European level, presenting oneself at a registration office, or registering online (under development).
- For submitting periodic VAT returns via Intervat, there will soon be an option to submit via an API from accounting software.
