The Government of the Russian Federation submitted to the State Duma bill No. 450827-8, which provides for amendments to the tax legislation regarding the taxation of VAT on medical devices. It is assumed that the changes will begin to apply after one month from the date of official publication of the relevant law, but not earlier than the 1st day of the next VAT tax period.
