Romanian legislators introduce how they plan to implement the countrywide e-invoicing CTC mandate after receiving derogation from the European Commission. As previously written in other news, the development of derogation has allowed Romania to start a countrywide obligation on January 1, 2024, but it also required new domestic legislation.
