The All India Gaming Federation (AIGF) has written to the finance ministry seeking suspension of the 28 percent GST notification on online gaming from Sunday, October 1, people in the know told CNBC-TV18.
he ministry on Saturday notified October 1 as the date to implement the amended GST law provisions for taxing e-gaming, casinos and horse racing.
