Kenya Revenue Authority reminds non-resident digital service providers of their compliance obligations regarding VAT on electronic, internet and digital marketplace supply and digital service tax. Non-compliant providers must register through KRA’s iTax system within 30 days or face enforcement measures, including appointing tax agents for tax collection and remittance. KRA supports compliant non-resident providers.
