According to Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Minister in charge of Economy and Financial Policy of the EEC, the approval by the EEC Council of the list of services in electronic form is the final stage of the comprehensive work carried out in the EAEU to regulate the procedure for VAT taxation of services in electronic form.
The list has not yet been officially published, but it previously includes:
- granting rights to use software for electronic devices;
- advertisement;
- provision of domain names and hosting services;
- administration of information systems and sites;
- granting rights to use e-books, educational materials, graphics, music.
