The VAT exemption policy for fertilizers thought to be incentives turns out to be mistreatment. Previously, fertilizer products were subject to 5% VAT, but from 2015 onwards, fertilizer products were from 5% value-added tax (VAT) to non-VAT subjects under Tax Law 71.
