- Legislation: The eighth wave of the national FATOORAH regime will be implemented from March 1 to June 30, 2024, and businesses with an annual income between SAR 40 million and SAR 50 million in either 2021 or 2022 will be included.
- ZATCA will communicate the exact date between March and June 2024. Phase 1 began in December 2021.
- Businesses must comply with guidelines including submitting B2B XML invoices for clearance and reporting B2C invoices within 24 hours in a near-live format with a mandatory QR Code.
- Effective date: March 1, 2024.
