The Free Zone (Customs Site No 2 Liverpool) Designation Order, SI 2023/1000 designates the Liverpool Customs Site No 2 as a customs free zone, covering the Applied Nutrition facility in Knowsley on the outskirts of Liverpool. The Order has effect from 15 September 2023 and designation lasts for a period of ten years.
