The Kazakhstan government is reportedly considering the introduction of new incentive measures to promote investment in R&D.
Certain VAT incentives are also being considered, including VAT exemptions for R&D activities carried out under contracts implementing state R&D orders in priority areas of the national economy, as well as financing for the commercialization of R&D results.
