The State Tax Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic continues to implement new generation cash registers. As of September 1, 2023, 1,937 new generation cash registers have been installed in the territory of the autonomous republic. In January-August, the turnover recorded through NKAs exceeded 125 million manats. During that period, more than 462.4 thousand manats of VAT were returned to consumers within the framework of the “Recover VAT” project, and in August alone, 88.7 thousand manats of VAT were returned. Compared to January, the amount returned to consumers increased by 4.2 times in August.
