The French Ministry of Economy and Finance has published the latest version 2.3 of the External Specifications file.
As previously reported by Pagero on July 28, 2023, the start of e-invoicing implementation in France has been postponed. Despite these delays, work on the obligation, the platform, collaboration with stakeholders and validation of PDP applications continues.
On July 31, 2023, the French Ministry of Economy and Finance announced the update of the External Specifications document for e-invoicing.
The External Specifications file groups together all the documents describing the exchange formats with the public invoicing portal as part of the generalization of electronic invoicing.
