- Oman’s Tax Authority has confirmed the timeline for launching an e-invoicing system, following the introduction of a VAT tax system in April 2021.
- The voluntary phase is set to begin between April and September 2024, with obligations for larger entities starting in October 2024.
- The technical details of the system have yet to be announced, but it is speculated that different solutions are being considered.
