The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) on August 30 announced that the Office of Administrative Law has approved its adoption of Regulation 1684.5, Marketplace Sales, effective August 28. The regulation generally follows the previously adopted emergency regulation on marketplace sales, which was effective through June 28, 2022.
