The Ministry of Finance made available an updated version of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), adjusted to support the FA(2) logical structure.Businesses using KSeF are only allowed to issue invoices according to the FA(2) structure (which replaced the FA(1) logical structure) beginning 1 September 2023.The updated KSeF is intended to facilitate a smooth transition to mandatory e-invoicing scheduled for 1 July 2024.
