In terms of regulations, there are two main changes, namely:
- the amendment to Article 24(1) of the UCC IA, which implements the conformity criterion of Article 39(a) of the UCC; and
- the latest amendment to Article 17 of the UCC-DA to clarify the provisions related to the procedure for the suspension of the AEO authorization.
In this latest update we have also improved some points regarding:
- the acceptance of an application for an AEO authorisation;
- the application of practical competences or professional qualifications (Article 39(d) UCC);
- the use of the AEO logo;
- the annulment of an AEO authorisation;
- the follow-up of the AEO authorisation;
