In the draft amendment to the Slovak VAT Act, The Ministry of Finance proposed a lower threshold for simplified invoices. Currently a simplified invoice can be issued for supplies of goods or services up to EUR 1,000, excluding VAT. In the draft amendment the proposal is to lower the threshold to EUR 400, excluding VAT.
