According to the Decision of the Governor of Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (“ZATCA”) No. 3930, dated 01/22/1445 AH, the criteria for selecting taxpayers in the eighth wave of the “integration phase” (Phase 2) of electronic invoicing have been established by ZATCA in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
