The Chamber of Electronic Economy (E-Chamber) applied to the Ministry of Finance for an official position on the implementation of the EU DAC-7 directive, which imposes an obligation on digital platforms to report data on sellers. The Chamber notes that there has been “a lot of confusion around non-existent regulations.” Meanwhile, neither the date of entry into force of national regulations nor their final content is still known.
