The Ministry of Finance of Russia explained the specifics of the application in the territories of free economic zones (hereinafter referred to as SEZs) of a special procedure for paying VAT when importing goods from the territory of the EAEU member states (established by the Protocol on Amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014 (signed in 2014).
