- The Small Businesses Regulation Implementation Act, which implements the EU Small Business Regulations Directive, will come into effect on January 1, 2025, except for Article II, which will come into effect on October 1, 2024.
- The directive requires Member States to allow small entrepreneurs to use the small business scheme of another Member State.
- This means that a Dutch VAT entrepreneur can use the KOR in another state, and vice versa.
- The law concerns the Dutch implementation of the directive and will have limited changes for VAT entrepreneurs exclusively active in the Netherlands.
