- Starting from July 1, 2022, users must declare data related to the transport of goods with high fiscal risk in the RO eTransport System.
- Non-compliance with this provision is a contravention that can result in fines and confiscation of goods.
- The application of the fine is prescribed within 6 months from the date of the commission of the act, and retroactive reporting in e-transport is not possible.
