Under the new Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Fiscalization in Cash Transactions, those subject to fiscalization will be able to register tip data in the fiscalization system with application from January 1st, 2024. In order for taxpayers to adapt their software solutions, the tax administration has provided a working version of the XML scheme for reporting tip data.
