Verification of the contractor whether he is a consumer or an entrepreneur depends on the organization and functioning processes for determining the taxpayer’s status. KSEF does not change the current practice used by entrepreneurs in this respect – explains the Ministry of Finance in response to the question from Praw.pl. At the same time, the Ministry of Finance announces explanations in this matter.
