A ruling by the tax chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal has recently been upheld by the Supreme Court. The case concerns the operator of a wholesaler of computers and consumer electronics. The turnover stated by the entrepreneur in the years 2007 to 2010 was € 551,000,000.
