The e-invoicing obligation will come into force on July 1, 2024. The President signed the act introducing the National e-Invoice System. For small and medium-sized enterprises exempt from VAT, the use of KSeF will be mandatory later – from January 1, 2025. The new obligations will apply to approximately 2.8 million VAT taxpayers, including approximately 2 million active VAT taxpayers.
