We would like to remind you that until September 27, 2023, it is possible to send opinions and comments to the draft amendment to the Union Customs Code adopted by the Commission. This deadline may be extended by the EC until the adopted document is made available in all EU languages.
The period for submitting opinions is a convenient time to submit comments on individual planned changes in the regulations, as well as to submit postulates aimed at solving the hitherto problematic issues of customs law. The conducted consultations create a unique opportunity to express an opinion on the reform, which increases the chances that the final changes to the customs law will go in the direction desired by entrepreneurs.
