- special lifting devices, wheelchairs and other vehicles for people with disabilities;
- orthopaedics and medical devices;
- street cleaning, sewage and waste collection, provided by private entities;
- waste water disposal and treatment; and
- admission to debut performance of theatrical, musical, dance or classical plays.
