On July 11, 2023, the President of the Republic issued Executive Decree 813 , establishing important regulations for the exemption from Value Added Tax (VAT) and the Exit Currency Tax (ISD) in digital services used for the creation of national audiovisual content. This measure aims to encourage local production and promote the growth of the audiovisual sector in the country.
