The e-invoicing obligation will come into force on July 1, 2024. On Friday, the Sejm rejected the resolution of the Senate, which was in favor of rejecting the act introducing the National e-Invoice System. For small and medium-sized enterprises exempt from VAT, the use of KSeF will be mandatory later – from January 1, 2025.
