A draft law has been submitted to the State Duma providing for the expansion of the list of goods for children subject to VAT at a rate of 10% upon sale. It will include children’s furniture (chairs, high chairs, playpens), bicycles, child care products, restraints intended for use in motor vehicles, diapers, etc.
