On June 29, 2023, in support of the development of modern distinctive agriculture in cold and arid regions, the State Taxation Administration of Gansu Province and the Gansu Provincial Department of Finance issued Announcement No. 4 of 2023. The announcement includes uniform deduction standards for value-added tax input tax (agricultural product consumption quantity) across the province.
