A draft law (ID 01/05/07-23/00140141) has been posted on the NLA project portal, which was developed to establish a taxation procedure for services provided by contractors engaged in the construction of individual residential buildings using escrow accounts, similar to the taxation procedure for developers raising funds from citizens under contracts for participation in shared construction.
