Lithuinian VAT Authority is planning to extend the reduced VAT rate that is due to expire at the end of this year for supplies of catering services (including non alcoholic drinks and take-away food). If approved, the reduced VAT rate of 9% would be extended indefinetly from 01.01.2024.
