As a result of Slovakian VAT Authority still clarifying the process of submission for e-invoices to the IS EFA platform for B2G (business to government) and G2G (government to government) transactions, the implementation of same has been delayed.
The initial phase is now expected to start at some stage in quarter 3 2023 for the Slovakian Ministry of Finance and is due to expand to other government institutions in Quarter 4 2023 and Quarter 1 2024.
