- A new procedure will be implemented to determine which companies have a reporting obligation for Intrastat.
- Statistics Netherlands will draw monthly samples from VAT Returns to identify companies with intra-Community transactions.
- These companies will receive a letter in the first month of their reporting obligation and can check their reporting requirements on IDEP+.
- Companies that trade in services only or have triangular transactions only are not included in the samples. The Intrastat threshold will be abolished starting January 2023.
