- The Ministry of Finance’s Department of Revenue and the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs have issued Notifications No. 18 to 26/2023- Central Tax on July 17, 2023, extending deadlines for furnishing various Goods and Services Tax (GST) forms and prolonging several amnesty schemes.
- The extensions apply to registered persons whose principal place of business is in Manipur.
- The amnesty schemes for GSTR-4, revocation of cancellation of registration, deemed withdrawal of assessment orders issued under Section 62, GSTR-9 non-filers, and GSTR-10 non-filers have all been extended until August 31, 2023.
- Businesses should stay informed of these changes and comply with the new deadlines.
