On 10 May 2023, Taiwan (China)’s Ministry of Finance (MOF) announced that amendments to the Securities Transaction Tax (STT) Act will be effective as from 10 November 2023. The amendments aim to improve the quality of warrant quotations and encourage investors to invest in the warrant market more actively.
