The Sejm will decide on the fate of the act introducing the obligation to issue invoices via the National e-Invoice System. On the night from Thursday to Friday, the Senate voted in favor of rejecting the amendment, under which e-invoicing was to be required from July 2024. Currently, the use of KSeF is voluntary.
