The administrative court of cassation as part of the Supreme Court supported the position of the Department of Public Transport in Kyiv region in case No. 320/5404/20 and concluded that a claim for recovery of arrears for VAT reimbursement and interest charged on such arrears can be filed within the term established by the second part of Article 122 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine.
