This decree amends the VAT Decree. Explanatory Note Table I (Decree of March 31, 2022, No. 2022-6334, Government Gazette 2022, 9114). In part 2 of the explanatory note to item a 6 (medicines), an approval for a radiopharmaceutical for which a marketing authorization is not required under the Medicines Act is included with application of article 63 of the General Act on State Taxes.
